Why Taliban announcing Pakistan ISI & Govt official meetings loud | What are Pakistan's achievable realistic goals from new Afghan Govt.

• Taliban is trying to build its new Government but Taliban Shura has invited Pakistan's ISI Chief and important contingent of Pakistani Officials to help Taliban form a new Government. But Why Taliban is announcing so loud and inviting Pakistanis so loud. Pakistan should not look to be dragged in Afghan Taliban internal affairs too much. Taliban who are Afghans must keep its independence intact as as well keep Pakistan's independence as separate. Pakistan does not want to look colluding to much in internal affairs of Afghanistan's Taliban Governance and Leadership.
• Clearly Taliban are de-fanged, and forming new government which will run Afghanistan and trying to build Afghanistan from scratch.

Pakistanis are having trouble facing these issues and new oppurtunites - lets be clear about it:

• Pakistan is unable to handle thousands and thousands of Afghan immigrants no country has ever now received this much Afghan immigrants while already 1-2 million Afghans men, girls lives in Pakistan, How Pakistan can handle this crisis, clearly this is not favoring Pakistan's interests is it? Border issues, Durand Line, Lines of Communications are to be dealt with.

• Pakistan has cleared TTP, BLA terrorists from its soil, but TTP and BLA terrorists who escaped are living in Afghanistan with immunity. Nearly 5 cross border attacks happened since Taliban takeover on 15-Agust-2021. Is it what Pakistan is going to face in future too? Pakistan must act with the help of China, Russia to clear all ant-Pakistan terrorists or Pakistan will be forced to block trade and any support of acceptance or any trade, millions of goods transport to Afghanistan.

• Pakistan must have access to 1$trillion iron-ore and minerals reserves in Afghanistan and agree a profit sharing agreement with Afghanistan, China and Pakistan.

• Pakistan is going to train Afghan Policy, Army, build new intelligence agency of Taliban, new growth and new government ministries and companies for Afghanistan's success.

• Taliban has been admired for their excellent diplomacy and foreign policy as compared to Pakistanis, Taliban has shown world there great international skills.

• What kind of economic relations Pakistan and Afghanistan want now? Pakistan's Foreign Policy must work hard to identify new opportunists to get benefits internationally and domestically mutually for Pakistan and Afghanistan economic growth.

We should just help IEA to secure Afghanistan. Iraq is ruined, Syria is gone, and Iran is sanctioned. If Afghan goes another cycle of violence, we will lose security, commerce and economy.

However, with transits through Afghanistan, Pak and China goods can find new markets. This alone can benefit Pakistan. Hopefully, Pak/China/Iran can rebuild Iraq and earn billions $.

We shouldn't be greedy for ores as a) we cannot extract it and b) we cannot secure it if everybody needs that. Hence, why create more enemies. So, going by Gen Tariq recommendation, Pak should allow west companies like Tesla, Amazon to invest in Afghanistan along with Chinese, and let them operate through Pasni or Gawadar.

The US corporate presence can prohibit Indians to attack, even if they could. Also, it will put pressure on the US not to sanction or attack Pakistan as it will disturb US corporate interests. Also, it will prevent CIA and Pentagon to disturb Afghanistan if US companies/people are present there.

So let IEA to get hold of Afghanistan. So that no group or country can arm twist them by funding proxies. Secured Afghanistan is essential to curb all proxies against Iran, Pakistan, China, Russia, whole world (e.g. daesh), etc. It is vital to have peace for CPEC. Therefore, Taliban writ on entire Afghanistan is a must.

Few pointers IEA , and Afghan needs Pakistani input.
Pakistan isnt just random neighbours, Pakistan has the direct line for Afghanistan now.
You are hosting millions of Afghans, Pakistan is the line for trade currently, You have thousands upon thousands of families living on both side of border is Pakistan like or not is a key player when it comes to Afghanistans own internal problems.
Then IEA needs some kind of legitimacy in international arena here you have Pakistan and China.

My basis of commenting on their Foreign Policy was 10 years since Qatar Doha peaceful negotiations started after 2011 not just with US/NATO diplomats but also with all regional powers including India. Pakistan freed Afghan leaders and how they made sure all policies are accepted, they also won the War and got most of the demands full-filled.

Pak cannot compete neither in extraction, nor in investment, nor in making batteries, nor in making solar cells. Pak must collaborate though. Heck we can extract U 235 from U 237, but we cannot enrich gold/copper mixture from the soil/impurities. We gave Saindak project to Australia and then China I guess?

@JamD To separate copper/gold slurry from soil, do you think centrifuges are expensive method?
Edit: I often argue that sometimes it is not your cup of tea. Pak can just act a transit route from China to the the world through Karachi and Gawdar and vice versa. This alone can uplift Pakistan.

The necessity to kill time between ore/raw material and point of production/manufacturing will compel investors to produce goods in Pakistan and Afghanistan. We must wait till then.

China is in the top 10 countries with the largest reserves, Does Pakistan have no natural resources?
What happened to those giants reserves of GOLD, Oil, Gas, Copper Iron , not even talking about GEM Stones
Problem is even if Pakistan wanted it can't actually do much just like nothing can be done about resource utilization in Pakistan itself and China won't be able to much at least in a couple of years until Afghans themselves understand where they stand. Only then you will see actual investment from china.

Neither Pakistan has the resources, Knowledge, Infrastructure or Market to use whatever is buried in Afghanistan Just like every few months you hear news on Pakistani media they have found this and that nothing actually gets done same story is with Afghani resources

Pakistan's key goals should be to eliminate ttp and bla. Along with having Afghanistan join cpec and easy access to central Asian states to Gwadar port. Followed by heavy trade relations.

Second comes people to people relations where both country people trust, respect and support each other as brothers. End with hostilities of past.

India should be banned from Afghanistan.
