As @INDIC said, its just our bodies, not really us. not big deal. We'll come back again to continue the earthly fun. :partay:

he he he. i think for me, i would not want to come back after i die. let that eternal sleep be eternal. no pain, no suffering, just eternal and absolute calm.

Just think about all those girls waiting for you to come back and have some fun, are you sure you don't want to come back? :partay:

According to Hindu philosophy, soul(aatma) goes through to the painful infinite cycle of birth and death, if he behaves as a good man in life and worships the God with a clean heart without any greed inside, he can get rid of cycle of birth and death and his soul could attain Moksha which mean his soul(aatma) will merge in that of God as God is referred as the greatest soul(Paramaatma).

It's shameless and dirty to do this kind of things even report.

Really shameless and dirty.

Will be punished by the sole of departed saint.

I agree. China needs to punish these disgusting thieves. These grave robbers know no shame !

Leave the dead to rest in peace...

Yes, I know. I agree with you. I'm a long term practitioner of Yoga as a philosophical / spiritual practice, so we are on the same page.

I thought you were Roman Catholic ?

No, I meant the new ones in the new cycle. :cheesy:

Reincarnation is some popular genre in Indian movies. I remember one of the famous Indian movie named Karan-Arjun when two brothers named Karan Arjun reincarnate to take revenge and their mother always use to say, "Mere Karan Arjun aayenge"(My Karan Arjun will come one day), that's the most epic dialogue of that movie.:rofl::rofl:

I was also doing stretch Yoga, not into meditation. Also, I have tried some yoga technique against sleeplessness although its very difficult.

Yoga Nidra maybe helpful.

My most interesting style of Yoga that I did was Kundalini Kriya Yoga by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Bihar school of Yoga. Powerful stuff.

Here is another movie song from the movie based reincarnation named Karz(Debt), the guy was killed by his wife in his previous birth and he came back for revenge. This is a very famous song where he is reenacting how was he killed and his wife is a chief guest hiding her grey hair in a wig. @Nihonjin1051
