Every single deal made with Turkey in previous years had something fishy in it.
For example you can look up the Lahore Waste Management company, that is one of the most expensive deal made for waste collection per tonne in whole of Asia. Even Shanghai(China) has almost half the rate of what that company is charging Punjab Government and the worst part is they are still not doing a good enough job.
Turkish companies made a lot of money with these bad deals in previous years and that'll come out in the open in near future and that for sure won't please Turkish government very much.

Our PM visited all the Friendly countries for getting Financial assistance, but why he not Visiting Turkey, is that because of US pressure, or its our own Decision.

If it is Intentional(USA) Pressure, then why he visited Saudi Arabia Twice.

Probably all the visits pertains to investment or loans and turkey right now itself in financial troubles ...

Sorry To Be A Devil's Advocate They Actually Did A Decent Job I Am Not Saying They Were Perfect But There Was Much Improvement

They might have, but their rate of per tonne collection of waste was so high that any decent company would have done a better job in much less money and they were supposed to make a recycle plant which they never did.
The problem was with our Government as they were corrupt so they made these shady deals.
Now somebody has to pay the price of this corruption.

PMIK visited these countries is because either these countries have huge foreign reserves or Pakistan have trade imbalance with them and Pakistan will have to pay for the imports to these countries..

as a result those countries with huge foreign reserves give money and those countries with trade imbalance give Pakistan time to shore up its foreign reserves then pay the import bills..

and remember these visits were made just to stop Pakistan from being defaulter like Greece.

Pakistan import is more then double then export. All bills goes to meet balance of payment for " 1 year " ... its too tough and harsh.
