Why would USA even entertain such as offer when it is obvious that Pakistan will not be able to keep on making more fissile material and weaponry given its precarious economic situation, as you correctly point out? Why offer anything in return for something that Pakistan will be forced to do anyway?

Of course the situation is always changing, but it is clear that Pakistan will need to offer something more worthwhile than signatures to the other parties in order to make headway in these matters.

India has more resources than Pakistan and they can build more Nuclear bombs.

So who cares how many more NUKES India has, as long as we have enough Nukes to destroy India totally. Indians cannot kill us more than once and any nukes they have beyond what is needed to destroy Pakistan is immaterial and irrelevant in an India-Pakistan conflict.

Our deterrent against India is simply the fact that we have enough nukes to annihilate them completely. This fact negates their numerical advantage in Conventional Military Hardware. Pakistan should continue to build Nukes till we have enough to totally and completely destroy India in case of a Nuclear Holocaust between India and Pakistan and that is the only thing that will stop India from messing with Pakistan.

What sort of "scientific" evidence is acceptable given the secretive nature of all nuclear programs? Pakistan is widely accepted to have more than 100 atomic warheads. Isn't that more than enough to destroy India twice over with half of those numbers?

The tactical nukes will be used against Enemy advancing columns and Strategic Nukes will be used as a very last measure to destroy an Enemy trying to destroy us.

I think we should take India and push it somewhere else or else India won't have to do much to hurt Pakistan, we'll already have killed our own people from hunger while preaching and funding this "survival" and "nuke" mantra. It is important to have enough for effective deterance, but it should be slowed down after that and the focus should be on actually making lives worthwhile and good instead of having the common people live lives that are worse than death and slavery itself.

Low Intelligence? Well Mr. High IQ. Be it your country, My Country or any Nuclear country in this world. Nukes are a Deterrent and are not a weapon to carry for war, unless it is used against you or is on the verge of being used against you. You don't have any adversary who has not signed a No First use Policy. India despite knowing you have not signed it, is pretty much a member of it.

Should you ever have a numerical advantage over conventional hostility, damn, you wouldn't even get to use the nukes. An Enemy would not be unprepared to let loose your nukes in the open.

Coming to all those strategic and tactical nukes. It is nothing more than to instill fear over advancing cavalry and a use of strategic and non strategic nukes would push the button for a nuclear war, and no country would every do that.

Pakistan has enemies that have bigger stockpiles of weapons grade nuclear material and Pakistan should not sign this agreement. The scope of the agreement is biased and flawed.

I don't agree that just because no real reactors have been created (or perhaps established covertly without the knowledge of the world.) there wont be any in the future. Any talk on reducing Pakistans nukes hinges on whether India's will to do the same. If there have been no reactors in the India US deal which we should have tried to block then it does not mean there will be no reactors in the future or haven't been developed surreptitiously. Pakistan needs to play its cards well and maintain everything that contributes to the defense of the motherland.

What worries me most is that US has overtaken Russia as the biggest supplier of weapons to India in recent years while also signing a nuke deal with them while bemoaning our nukes and refusing to sign a similar deal with us being the traitors they actually are.

As for nukes no deal can be reached or nor can we begin no-proliferation until India also does not decide to go through this. The nukes also protect us from barbarian nations like the US, the only country to have used a nuke and that on a country with no nuke itself. A non-nuclear Pakistan does not look to me to be a good option-unless things change.
