1. Pakistan is not an Arab country. Yemen's problem is Arabs' problem.

2. If Pakistan invades Yemen, then Iran would almost certainly arm Shia rebels in Balochistan and promote separatism or joining Iran.

3. If Pakistan invades Yemen, then that would break relations between China and Pakistan. It would mean Pakistan would be surrounded by enemies.

Agree?

.
I don't understand the point #3 about China. Are you saying that China favors the Shiite Houthis? or that China opposes all interventions, no matter by who or why? Please note that China has "intervened" in, at least, Vietnam and Korea.

I do not agree with the 3,
China did not participate in the war in Yemen

The relationship between China with Pakistan, does not affect our relationship because a third party.

Regardless of Pakistan the decision about what to do, China will not interfere, this will not affect our relationship.

In addition, I personally think, Pakistan is best not to join this dispute, this is a quagmire

China is against the US. Saudi Arabia is a proxy of the US. Therefore China is pro Houthis. If Pakistan goes after Houthis, then this will make China mad and China would cut off supply of JF-17 kits to Pakistan and instead arm India.

Vietnam and Korea border China. They directly concern China's national security. Of course China would intervene in those places. Don't forget it was China that helped Viet Cong take over Vietnam.

no!
China against America, but not blindly against any thing.

Relations between China and Saudi Arabia, has been very good, no need to take sides, we always adhere to the policy of non-interference in internal affairs of other countries.

We are not "invading" Yemen.

There are no shia militants in baluchistan .. Infact Iran has an insurgency in sistan baluchistan whih is a Sunni majority state.

Why would Pak China relations go sour due to Yemen ? How is Yemen is relavant to China ?

China seeks a balance of power. China did interfere against the US and defended the Assad regime in Syria.

Don't take the Korean comparison, first of all, here is China traditional sphere of influence, secondly, because North Korea is in Chinese side, if to American, is tantamount to put a bomb on a China door.
Vietnam, too. In addition, at that time, it is also because the Communist and capitalist collective contest

Usa is still China's largest trading partner.
China still buys a shit load of oil from KSA.

JF-17s are manufactured in Pak and Pak holds 55+% rights to the programe.

Why would China "go mad" over houthis ?

So China would supply arms to its own enemy?

You are a genius.

China is opposed to war, so in the UN against the attack on Syria, similarly,China is not in favor of the war in Yemen.Al-qaddafi is our friend, we are also opposed to the war in Libya.
China has always advocated that to solve the problem of the parties.
However, China does not have the ability to handle these problems. This is the Islamic countries internal affairs, . So, we will not join

Why does anyone engage with this guy? A Chinese fan-boy who wants nothing more than China to be able to dominate and dictate to the whole world, in complete denial of reality. What is to be gained by discussing his idiotic suggestions?

You're forgetting the fact that the Yemeni government approves of this, and that Pakistan is not intervening alone but as part of a coalition, which again has approval from the legitimate Yemeni government.

Pakistan should stick to non-combat, indirect support i.e by providing advisers and training as it already has been doing. However, if the Saudis are pushing for it, some combat support may be in Pakistan's interests because support from Saudi Arabia is beneficial (and even required in some ways) and worth the small price.

Iran doesn't openly support the Houthis, so there can be no open or direct consequences from their side. Behind the scenes, well, they're already doing whatever they feel is in their interest. Pakistan giving some extra support to the Saudis won't change much.

Yemen doesn't affect China in any way. Saudi Arabia backing the US doesn't mean that everything they do is for the US. And China isn't trying to be a hegemony, they won't have any problem with what relations Pakistan keeps in the Middle East.

As for the international community, again since the Yemeni government is supporting an intervention, no one can reasonable say anything.

And Yemen isn't on our border - there is no way this can come back to haunt Pakistan, unless something major and unforeseen happens.

So, basically, Pakistan should try to maintain a somewhat neutral stance - but if it has to be involved, it isn't a problem as long as the commitment remains limited to a squadron or a few hundred troops; anything more would be too much.

Pakistani government already stated they will not directly intervene in Yemen, and only offered conditional 'support' to KSA , under the condition KSA is directly invaded and under threat. Nor did Pakistani government specify what kind of support. All these rumors of PAF conducting air strikes are false, even CNN removed Pakistan from the Operation Decisive Storm coalition map because they admitted they were wrong.

Enough of these threads already. Unless something changes there is no need for so many threads on the same topic.

"A senior member of Sharif’s cabinet told Al Jazeera that Pakistan will not be involved in any action “in Yemen” itself but will provide support to the Saudis on their own soil “if they are threatened.” On Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal reported Pakistani and Saudi forces were carrying out a joint exercise near the Yemeni border, and quoted a U.S. official as saying the move was designed to serve as a warning to the Houthi rebels."

i dont think it is a case that Pakistan can stay neutral...Pakistan does not have to do anything but should make clear where you stand ..
