LOL, they are ignorant. Once the ban step in, they will feel the pain and reversal process will be on the way. New Zealand has reverse the Huawei ban.

did you actually bother to watch the video? 5g is relativly simple upgrade to existing 4g hardware infrastructure. and guess where that 4g hardware came from? yes, from Huawei. ergo you have to discard it all and start from scratch in order to comply with the US edicts/diktats. are they (the US Empire) going to bear the expense or are they expecting all the vassal states to suffer losses?

It might lead to Chinese equipment being sold to developing nations at a discounted price. The Chinese could use it help build up developing nations even faster and integrate them more into BRI projects. (Turning lemons into lemonade)

No. (Frankly America has a lot going for it and won’t turn into to trash anytime soon. The standard of living will decline but America will find a new normal soon enough)
What I meant was if western nations ban the use of Huawei products, China will discount the price and sell it to developing nations to help modernize their products and services. This could be part of a “Digital BRI” initiative.
Lemons was the ban, lemonade was the alternative opportunities in developing countries
I don't see why the Chinese are upset when a country decide they don't want to use Huawei for any reasons. I thought Chinese do not force things on others.

The leader of a country can ban a company than it will. Im sure they can do it based on national security or whatever the they madenup. You may not like it but that is not up to you.
Someone say their country is free market doesn mean they can't ban your company. Any country can also ban your country from buying their defunct companies. Your leaders can't do anything about it. stop being so naive and simplistic. Treaties and contracts can be broken.

What does this have to do with it? No one is stopping China from banning Apple or stopping US toilet money from buying valuable Chinese assets.
China didn't ban a company based on competition against local companies. In fact, if google , twitter conply with China censorship law. But Google has too much pride and BS human right to do that. They can operate in China if they follow what apple is doing.
Huawei has no chance to operate in US even they have show evidence of complying with local laws since we know US is just finding an excuse to kill any non US competition against their domination.
So you are comparing orange to apple. Worst of all, China never ask other countries or pressure allies not to buy/use competitor product. US did! US is just a petty , selfish idiot who can't handle competition compare to China. China has every reason to be upset over unfair or dirty tricks deploy by American.

Yeah, we also don't ban anyone,
just the companies don't comply with our laws...
As you want google, twitter etc to comply with Chinese laws,
you should respect other countries wanting your companies to comply with their laws..
