If you are really concerned you can file an RTI to CAG asking for an Audit .

Defence deals have remained remarkably free fro, corruption in India- to a fault- in the past few decades and as per all global ratings agencies, corruption at the top of the GoI has been all but eliminated in the past year.

Hey if you feel something is fishy it's your duty as citizen, to file RTI what is the use of such laws if they won't be used in the first place.
