Goolge left China for two reasons: 1, Google was defeated by Chinese domestic search engine-----Baidu. Its business in China shrinked at very fast speed. 2, Google didn't want to obey Chinese security law. It voluntarily left China.

If I was a foreign investor ,I'd only buy stakes in Indian company at most,but never expand RnD,expertise,and train local workforce.
