Why India fails to deliver health and education

do the authorities recognize the problems? Is progress being made to address the issues?
Nothng to recognize,,everyone knows the situation already, but prefers to look away in ignorance,,,well thr r far more interesting n pressing matters like hindu muslim chutiyapa, caste etc(issues tht get u votes actually)
,Can u believe tht in this century more thn a lakh kids die of dehydration in India(super power in making)
Will not say more othrwise will be branded as low self esteem, anti national, sikular, khangressi

.
No one in this thread mentioned 'poverty, toilet and rape' at all except you. But they did bring up serious and legitimate issues.

Instead of feeling burned by constructive criticism, use it to improve. On the other hand, if you are desperate to hear about Shining India the Superpower, go visit Times of India comments section instead.

constructive criticism ?? It is more like paid trolls for CCP

all problems are being addressed in a haphazard manner
India's life expectancy has increased. Infant mortality rate is steadily falling.

It all depends on if you compare with yourself or compare with countries of similar situation at start. Everyone country is improving comparing with the past.

Ok, if only those a few exceptions are the ones you like to emulate.

Actually India occupied countries like Keralam and Tamil Nadu are doing well in health and education. But now Hindi controlled Indian government is fouling it by forcing Tamil Nadu to admit students from Hindi states into Tamil Nadu medical colleges thus creating future doctor shortage in Tamil Nadu although all these medical colleges are funded by state.

It is outrageous India determined to bring Tamil Nadu and Keralam down to the pathetic state of Hindi states.

Till you can speak one word of tamil, I don't read one word you type about so called Tamil issues. Stop tagging me. You are better off asking for a raise from your ISI bosses.

World's biggest arms importer got no money?

World's biggest arms importer got no money?

India only has 275 billion as its revenue, which equals to just 2 Chinese banks revenue:

Out of which it spends 51 billions for defense.
So the whole country will do what with the rest?

Here is more proof:

.
51 billions out of 275 billion , that's a big portion. When China's economy was India's size, the military was basically in stagnation, no new equipments for decades.
