I think my statement has gone over your head so can not catch it.Which country is better in this present world? USA ?UK ? EU ? Do you know IN USA in every 60 seconds 3 rapes happen ? That depends on the ruler is sold or not .
Number two- And in which system the ruler is ruling the country .

it's alll subjective don;t you think? as to find the perfect country to live.... livability wise if i had to reflect from my experiences... i would keep ukraine... (a broken crumbling ex soviet country) above bangladesh because of how much more calm one is here compared to bd.... not saying this country doesn't face many of the same problems bangladesh do.... but i hope you understand the point i was trying to make....
