This guy is not Pakistani (his dad was apparently though,) he can't speak Urdu. You have to talk in English.

Half my extended family is Pukhtoon, so ofcourse I am a big fan of Pukhtoons and Pukhtoon culture. Therein lies the solution for half our problems. Have you ever seen a Pukhtoon show meakness in front of Iranians or others? They speak their minds, and I admire that bravery and openness.

I have nothing to add to what has already been said by other Pakistanis on the subject. I believe it has been discussed to a long extent before. And I didn't say you owe us justification either. lol

Nevertheless, as I said before, the idea of promoting religion as the unifying factor for a state leads to a failure. I know that you are a Taliban supporter. So, I won't be surprised to find out that you actually have considered that option in your head already. You should find common traditions, celebrations and cultural events that unify Pakistanis as a group.

I have nothing against Iranians, actually many of my close friends are Iranians. The problem is the present Iranian regims, and esp Hasan Rouhani and clerics, who are destroying Iran's future by antagonizing all Muslim neighbors.

I have a positive impression of Arabs, Turks, Afghans, Iranians, Turkics in my personal life. As I told you previously, by virtue of my knowledge of Arabic, and some Dari, I can converse with them on a deeper level than most other Pakistanis. For Turks, Urdu/Punjabi/Pukhto share may words with their language also.

That's not the whole story - the religion is not unique at all like Shi'ism is for Iran, Sunnis look towards Arabs (or recently towards Turkey) and Shi'as towards Iran.

That's the reason I said that religion as a unifying glue for a Pakistani state will lead to a failure. They need to find cultural events, celebrations, national traditions, foods, etc to form an identity independent from India. They may not have a glorious history to form an identity based on that, but generally historical similarities can play a huge part in forming a nation's identity.
