Its not about reaching QF but playing competitive cricket. Its the weakest Pakistani team ..poor in all three department of bowling, fielding and batting. Someone should take responsibility and give resignation

In both matches they give almost dozen chances to not out and they make mountain of runs, to chasing it a huge pressure from start and opponent teams not missed chances to out them.

Today's defeat to WI was even worse than their loss to India.

That tall guy in the Pakistani team is just there for media value. He does not the the fiery pace of shoaib akhtar, he does not have the swing of waqar younis, he does not have the cunning of wasim akram. He is there as a showpiece.

Shahid Afridi is another flop show. That man cannot bat under pressure which is extremely important for a genuine batsman. If the asking rate is 6 then he starts becoming nervous and plays some stupid shots, if there is no pressure then he can bat freely but it disguises his inability. I would still say Pakistan has one of the best bowling attacks in the WC. The captain and the coach has failed to come up with a strategy to properly utilize them. The team has talent, it is the leadership which is making crucial mistakes. And Pakistan will have to take a hard decision on Younis Khan.

I had no expectation way before the WC start, so I am living a happy life for the time being.

Umar Akmal should be dropped permanently... After he is dropped, his father will start producing more Akmal's and get them selected for the team by sifarish. But that will take time

And Misbah should resign for being a failed captain and captaincy should be given to Afridi.

Fawad Alam has been dropped despite having a decent average and strike rate.

And Najam Sethi and Moin Khan should be fired..

What are you talking about ? It is not coach/selection panel or board responsibility to field inside the ground. There is no point of balming others other then players. They don't know how to take simple catches. Half of the team is unfit. Irfan and sohail khan even cannot run forget about chasing balls. Instead of learning or practising on the field they abuse their fielding coach. To win you should have disciplined players first and players in our team consider themselves above Cricket & Pakistan.

The selection panel is there to select the playing team. But the coach is there to formulate strategies. Strategies are made by coach, captain and senior players. The coach analyses not only the strength and weakness of his own team but the opposite teams as well. That's why the coaches are there, at international level coaches will not teach players how to play a cover drive. Coaches are there to analyse techniques. The captain also must take responsibility for decisions taken in the field.

None of these reasons. The real reason is that there is no international cricket in Pakistan. Sorry guys but unless real peace returns and cricket resumes in Pakistan, the players passion, motivation and determination to perform and also learning to win, will be absent. I hope something changes soon. Cricket cannot afford a weak Pakistan.I just hope one of the subcontinent teams make it to finals.
