Agreed a zillion%. Pakistan lacking critical thinking and anlaysis skills.
This verdict is a killer blow to the constitution of Pakistan, mark my word, this verdict will unhinged petty rapidily in coming days /months. That memo has not got away, it is there.
The whole game is definitely played by the Military Establishment and AG played as a puppet on the instructions of Puppet Masters. Why he refused to bring the letter/correspondence as evidence in SCP!! It wouldn't be violation of Secret Act, so why not!!!
Every Pakistani should ask this question.
All the answers are hidden in this question.
1- SCP conduct to completely ignore the evidence on the basis of which D Speaker passed his ruling. How on God's earth make a legal judgement ignoring the evidence or cause importance , which was basis of the decision in the first place!! SCP purposefully didn't touch it, because the Puppet Masters didn't want it to be touched. I am sure matter of national security is cited somewhere in closed door contacts.
2- Military Establishment/ISI didn't want it to be included in legal matters, because it would show two things very clearly.
A- Either they were negligence in protecting interference from a foreign government.
B- They knew it, but concealed it from the political government and Pakistani public.
They don't want either of the stigmas attached to them. They always do no wrong, history of Pakistan.
Even if IK/PTI take it to SCP for a commission of enquiry, SCP would reject it, mark my word.
But the same SCP accepted a piece of paper without date , signature or name, and conducted Memo Gate enquiry.
Something deeply wrong in all this. Pakistan and its public had been betrayed on very high level my friends. It is not the political mafia alone.
I am sure those who are writing comments against IK ( I am already on the record through my thread "Trum Cards available to IK" that I was in favour of dissolution of all assemblies and where the assemblies cannot be dissolved by PTI like NA and Sind, PTI resigning from their seats) are in favour of criminals ruling over Pakistan. Those who had committed serious crimes in the past, and some still facing serious charges of crimes, which they are successfully avoided until now with the help of corrupt Pakistani judiciary.
The latest example of the game can be seen here;
A day earlier court had no jurisdiction to look in to parliamentary proceedings, a day after it cannot. But the days in between , it not only did on its own accord, but passed written instructions to the Speaker how to conduct the affairs of the Parliament. Pakistani legal freternity is going to regret this ruling in long run, which from the start is with the corrupt thugs, Bhoon holding the conference in front of SCP.
But within minutes , LHC accepted the petition.
If SCP can change its mind on the articles of the constitution in one day, why can't LHC do it within hours!!
