Singaporean soldiers are training in Israel on the MK4 tank, not so sure however as of delivering tanks all the way to Singapore.
Never heard about it,but i know that few years ago singapore think about the option to buy the meks.

I've seen that with my own eyes. Singapore tankers train in Israel for decades.

Then it is general tank training.
Maybe because the 50 or so T-55s remaining (of 280 plus 24 T-54 delivered in the mid-1970s) are .... OLD, WORN, OBSOLETE. Just 16% of the delivered tanks still operational and these are no match for 105mm equipped Leo1 tanks with better firecontrol. (Leopard 1 was originally conceived in the 1960s to face the threat of the Soviet T-54, T-55 and T-62. Fitted with a - then - revolutionary fire-control system, it was the first to use a laser rangefinder allowing all-weather, day or night, vision. ) . Let alone Leopard 2.
Besides, just because there are no real territorial disputes anymore, doesn't mean you don't need an army or tanks. Or else, much of the rest of the tank owning world wouldn't need them.

The guns were sold to the Chileans separate from the tanks, with Chilean engineers fitting them to the tanks with Israeli assistance in Chile. These were used for a little over a decade as heavy support vehicles for infantry and as ad hoc AAA vehicles. Matching fire control systems were fitted, and this, combined with the high velocity and flat trajectory of the 60mm HVMS, gave the Chileans a surprisingly accurate and effective support tank despite the fire control systems’ relative simplicity.
