Now Turkey goverment will re-open its bid for advanced SAM to Januanry year 2014, please select the favourable SAM system in your heart. Do you think Turkey shall take threat from NATo and USA to quit HQ9 in the future?

I think its very reluctant for a country to re-open bid after they had claimed the winner. At the same time, i really understand the huge pressure Turkey goverment face from NATO and USA. It's time for Turkic to show its independance and dignity to the rest of the world.

The winner is HQ-9B dude. The meetings have already been commenced with China to finalize the deal until January 2014 (Given schedule by SSM). Until this date, SSM stepped a political move with giving them a new chance to renew their offers If they can provide more Tech Transfer and Local production than China. As I said, It was a political move to cut their high volumes and Everybody knows that They can't offer more tech transfer than China did in same price...

but Acc to some reports, Raytheon is trying to renew offers as a similar way like China did but Price will be serious issue.
