Kashmir is much more under India's control, then FATA is with Pakistan.

If its the part of Pakistan, why aren't people of Giglit-Baltistan or Muzaffarbad has right to vote to elect their members of Pakistan's National Assembly.

Kashmir as a whole acceded to India, Pakistan has no document to claim these territories.
