And therefor CAA is legally not allowed to conduct investigations. This investigation into PK 661 is ILLEGAL. NATSB is responsible for the investigation and not CAA.

Remeber the recent strikes of PIA? Only the Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) is allowed to host strikes as per aviation rules of the land. Those strikes were illegal as they were not conducted by the CBA but a union which is not the CBA. Everyone that participated in the strikes should have been fired!

PAF and other branches have similar outcomes for their investigations, if that is any consolation. Railways, tankers, trucks, buses, hospitals, skyscrapers, petrol stations, you name it, there is no proper investigation or accountability or safety mechanism that actually works effectively.

And therefor CAA is legally not allowed to conduct investigations. This investigation into PK 661 is ILLEGAL. NATSB is responsible for the investigation and not CAA.

Matters of legality or illegality have weight only if there is rule of law, which Pakistan clearly does not have, top to bottom.
