Uk govt will as policy refuse to provide that evidence.. what have uk done against altaf hussain so far??
Supreme court can decide on discripancies in ns and family statements and on fact that their are enough suspiscion of money laundering and tax evasion. They may ask om to step down and face a formal case

Trail originates from Pakistan in so many cases - as an example even I have access to documents pertaining to Daewoo's blue eyed project - then how come SBP does not have that - if SCP asks to furnish records.

Money received from write-off, kick-backs and embezzlement had been transferred through legal channels and through various banks in 1990s.

It's just a hogwash to say in regards to UK authorities - this and that; Banking channels in UK received money but trail of money sent originates from Pakistan and South Korea in many instances - and there are several documents where guarantees were signed in syndicated loan where my then employer bank was lead in many of the projects in Ch Sugar Mill, Hudaibia Paper Mill, Hamza Paper etc.,

The point is - there is tons of evidence; but who will bring it out? You think SCP will ensure it comes out - no way! Their own vested interests does not allow them to function properly - if they had been functioning then their own judges would not be enjoying impunity even after retirement.

Just be realistic - there will be status quo and nothing dramatic is going to happen!

I think he is holding Ch. Nisar so that he himself does not fly away in case of a strong wind :)
