It had posted a tweet where PM Modi was taking an aerial view of the city from a chopper. In the image PM was seen looking from the window which showed the city of Chennai flooded with rainwater.
However, the PIB landed into trouble after being accused of photoshopping the picture of city in the image by many on Twitter.
