Whats going on with the Italian marines case?

Yesterday the UN Arbitration court apparantly ruled. One news I see that it ordered India ti release the Marine and another news says that its just a recomendation and not a ruling. Here take a look:

So whats going on?

India had said it will abide by the un tribunal ruling..so it has too. Though the ruling looks influenced ;cant help.send the bas t rd back.

No the point is, India may not send them back. India says the ruling is different but Itally is claiming the contrary and says India must return him.

"Italy and India shall cooperate, including in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, to achieve a relaxation of the bail conditions of Sergeant Girone so as to give effect to the concept of considerations of humanity, so that Sergeant Girone, while remaining under the authority of the Supreme Court of India, may return to Italy during the present arbitration."

After all the chest thumping about shupa powa, India is utterly humiliated by Italian marines killing their citizens in their territorial waters, using the ambassador to make a mockery of Indian Supreme Court and shupa powa can't do anything about it.

Ah very good, the Italian goes nowhere as some Indian sources are claiming.

Oh hey, long time no see, I am still waiting for the Chinese tank blitzkrieg across the Himalayas and submarine invasion through the Brahmaputra. So hows that plan progressing, any news from HQ?
