Its just a random guy saying, how he has heard the plans made for the Mehran attack, how it was hatched by navy and army people, and their next target is Chakala base. He is crying and scared for his life, cause those terrorists have found out that this guy knows about their plans. Relevant part of the video is from beginning to about 3:30.
