Kalabagh dam isn't important.

Top priority: eliminating corruption is so important and inshallah everything else become much easier.

Corruption can be eliminated only by converting 200 million to Islam.

.
1. Economy. Stabilise it short term, remove barriers to business, increase exports.
2. Anti corruption drive. Get funds back, keep dakoo in prison.
3. Energy. Specifically dams and renewable energy if possible.
4. Police reforms.
5. Support to Kashmir and Afghanistan.
6. Education.
7. Health.
8. Anti poverty measures

All of these need to be the same priority as far as i'm concerned.

Respectfully disagree.

People only change change IF government change with powerful enforcement. If you break the law, you will be punish... 95% of Pakistani get away with it in Pakistan because there is no strong enforcement.

For example, in the UK - 90% of driver swear seat beat without thinking about it...because they will get caught and get fine if they don't wear it. Enforcement is very strong.

Good... at least you are focusing on what i say and commenting about it not about me!

I spoke about police because you brought it in discussion.
There's lots of work which police can carry out without weapons, simply by implementing simple controls at local level.
Example by assigning retired soldiers to police duty at their respective regions as police head constables, can saving millions in training and grooming.
Details about operations to turn police into a profitable industry can be always be discussed, if some one is interested to learn.

At the moment police is used to become most authoritative and drive fear out of subordinates, opponents, and even worst to victimized them.
I'm not saying IK is doing it, but by keeping interior ministry by himself he has all the potential of getting blamed for it. He should be careful there!!!!
If the core nucleus remains the same no amount of Retired military personnel and austerity drives could deliver. How do you think police and civil service must be restructured and reformed?

Prime Ministers main task is day to day running of the country by being a medium between different Institutions

I don't agree... Kiyani was non but head of a professional institute, where all stuff is done hierarchically, professionally by most patriotic people in Pakistan.
To rise to the level of General one has to be best among the lot.

Standing against US and UK can be a complicit drama as well. I don't value superficial actions. What matters is that Asif Ali Zardari is in custody of Army intelligence.
well its not a myth but a fact that nothing happens in Pakistan without ghqs blessing all the govts etc were formed with their blessing our fauj from musharaf till kayani just bowed down to american wishes and facilitated and in kayanis case partnered (his brother) with american puppet political govt and destroyed this country!

the biggest task for IK wont be to get looted money back from zardari it will be to try and convict musharaf and kayani!!

His agenda miss Kalabagh Dam so IMO he failed the test of patriotism.
You are very early to judge his patriotism. At moment we are collecting funds for diamir bhasha dam. First it has to be put in some stage of development then debate for kalabagh dam would be start. Further our economy is not as much strong to spare funds for more than one dam at moment. I am sure after 2,3 years debate for Kalabahh dam would start.

.
On a serious note, leagalising Marijuana, Gambling and alchol under strict distribution control and high taxes will add tons of money into the national reserves at little to no cost plus it will make Terror financing hard

.
Instead of focusing on kalabagh, bhasha dam he should focus on small dams like 50-100 MWs in Gilgit and Malakand division which will take less time and money

State should check if parents are not able to provide good food, housing and education to their kids, than such kids should be taken in state custody and raised officially with prime education and environment.
Parents shall be allowed to visit on quarterly basis.
No, that is not possible. Rather provide the parents with means to support their families and train them. Keep a check by making them visit local health centre with their kids for a regular check up. If they are following the advice by the Dr, they should be provided the financial assistance. If not, then make some different arrangements.
