the best option i see (in my very limited knowledge) is in "surgical strikes" on their so called "non state actors" in Azad Kashmir. india has the capability or can acquire so in a very short time. and about the reaction of the ppl in pak will be more or less the same like that of US drones pounding them.
but again, our inept leaders are more busy looting the country than defending it.
