China is like the guy in the market that everyone wants to do business with because he delivers the goods and has good credit whereas the US is the gangster racketeer that bullies everybody in the market for a cut of their earnings or else they get a good beating and get their stalls smashed.

Here's my criteria for a country to be a super power:

1. Both long and wide on the map, thousands of kilometers long and wide.

2. Area at least several million square kilometers.

3. Population at least in the triple digits millions.

4. Manufactures nukes.

5. Manufactures all of its conventional military hardware, including carriers, bombers, AWACs, aerial refuellers.

As such, currently 3 countries meet the criteria of super power: China, the US, Russia. India is a potential super power if India manufactures its own bombers and aerial refuellers.


What is your criteria for a country to be a super power?

Which is exactly what the US is turning into A country is its people. If the people is weak, then the country is weak.
