What is Pakistan's HDI?

I came across this UNDP report:

If you go to page 46, you'll see that it says Pakistan's HDI is 0.681.

While on this UNDP report released last year:

According to this report, Pakistan's HDI is 0.560.

So is it 0.681 or 0.560?

HDI can neither increase or decrease by more than a whole integer in only 2 years.
In Pakistan's case, it definitely didn't go down.

As per the 2019 report Pakistans HDI is 0.560. Pakistan is in the middle human development range.

Coz it increases by 0.005-ish every year. Not by 1.0.

Its not the same HDI system being used. One is for particular country to compare interior areas/localities to each other (within same country)...and uses metrics that a country chooses of relevance/priority etc.

The 2nd one is the international HDI system using a different system for standardised international comparison between countries.
