What can Imran khan do if courts interferes in everything

. . . .
Honestly he needs to have one on one meeting with CJ Gulzar to ask him about the performance of the judiciary. It's stupid system we have in Pakistan where judiciary cannot be questioned and they can do as they please.

Our system is so pathetic that PM is supposed to be the strongest man in the country yet he is held hostage by COAS, CJ, President and parliament, with each exerting their own influences in different spheres. No wonder we have been floundering for 70+ years.

In my opinion PTI govt needs a majority in senate, with incoming senate elections next year that is very much possible. Once they have that majority the can pass flexible bills/laws that can bring the current incompetent and corrupt judiciary in order. They can make it must for judges to declare assets and a merit committee for their appointment. They need to introduce new reforms for judge recruitment, I never understood why only lawyers are appointed judges based on their legal experience and careers....ppp/pmln appointed their puppet judges from within their own legal team friendly connections..and these judges protect their masters with all their power...prime example is the Lahore hight court judges.......Why is there no exams such as CSS affiliation for the appointment of high court judges on complete merit. A majority in the senate is a must for every kind of impending reforms. As of today, PTI govt issues presidential ordinances to cover that senate lacking...and that is not enough.

IK is a law-abiding person. He'll not do anything which goes against the court.
What's gonna happen next: FIA files an appeal in SC; SC suspends IHC ruling; case goes to NAB; some arrests and the case against cartel turns into many individual cases; plea bargain in some cases and in others: defendants get ill; file a petition on basis of medical grounds and they get free.

Can a sitting elected PM of Pakistan, regardless of what court says, release a order, as a chief executive of Pakistan, and force his will? Is it constitutionally allowed? If not then where are the lines drawn between powers of executive and judiciary?

.
Of course. We learned that from Modi. If you don't want to do something then it's Muslims fault. If things are not right today in India today, its congress fault, as they ruled 70 years.
I mean what a similarity between two donkeys.
Imran don't want to do anything, and for him, everything seems perfect, as people around him are the same, which were active in previous govts. I mean, name a single guy who was never active with any other party, and is only discovered by Imran PTI.
For me, concept of democracy was already dead, when I saw Imrans doings in first 6 months.
Now, I strongly believe that only a dedicated group, comprising of dedicated bureaucrats can do something for this country.
We saw everyone else.
