Wish every country was autocratic like China- invade, impose and imprison. Cultural homogeneity would be established more effectively without trying to go the more difficult route of learning a second language that enables people with different mother tongues to communicate with each other.

Hard to do this in democracies unless there is a pull from the language speakers themselves. India, which in my opinon is no benchmark for governance, follows this basic tenant of democracy (till now) and doesn't impose a particular language on all the people. You can witness the anger people who do not speak Hindi have even at the notion of having one Indian language being imposed on them.
My post was a reaction to someone who had compared the thread title to Indians embracing English, where I mentioned how the bigger reason to do so was to have seamless communication within linguistically diverse population groups, without imposing a dominant or a majoritarian culture/language on them.

Out of ALL the non-Whites, blacks are loved the most by white people to the point where a new race has been created by the breeding between white women and black men. blacks have adopted and copied white culture to a tee yet the achievements of the black race are nowhere near that of the white race. So is adopting white Western culture the key to success or the answer?


Also unlike ALL other non-whites be they blacks, Arabs, Iranians, Turks, South Americans, East Asians, indians etc, Pakistanis simply CANNOT adopt White Western Culture, heritage and their way of life. We simply cannot do it. In fact we cannot copy any other cultures and belief systems apart from our own. Be they white or non-white. It's simply not in our dna to do so.

How many people are attending these classes? It's just people taking an interest in foreign culture. Loads of people learn Salsa or speak a foreign language, or learn dishes from foreign cuisines. Look at how many European people do Yoga. It's not a problem to take an interest in a foreign culture or to adapt aspects of which which you find attractive.

The problem comes in when people value the foreign culture in such a way that they undermine their own and spread discord in their own society. Pakistani liberals are a perfect example. In fact they say a picture speaks a thousand words - I saw this on Twitter as a perfect example.

Not a second thought spared to how many Malala's, the drones killed sleeping in their beds.

It's okay to learn how to handle spoon, fork and knife but why heels ? I find women wearing heels to be fake-posing. Their walk becomes artificial and not elegant. I wonder which idiot invented heels.
