We're Ready to Unite With Russia, Belarus Leader Lukashenko Says

.
I have been to Belarus. Quiet nice small country and nice people. In spite people all speak Russian they have their own language. I even witnessed some elder people upbraided young ones because they speak Russian instead of their language. They are heavily under Russian influence. Most probably in case of a referandum, unite option would win. Lukashenko is president for some decades with Russian help and "mysteriously" he has no strong opponent. He is called "the las dictator of Europe".

@vostok what's this dude's name comrade?
In Belarussian he is Lukashenka, in Russian and Ukrainian - Lukashenko. But this sirname itself is of Ukrainian origin. Belarussian sirnames mostly ending with -vich. So - you can call him Lukashenko and you will not be mistaken.

Incorrect. Belarussian names end in ka, not ko. Cases in point. Azarenka. Sabalenka.
