Sir ... I don't think so that you are unaware of people missing around the world thru CIA operators and tortured in a savage way at CIA torture centers around the world to satisfy US law of the land.
Any intelligence agency in the existing world is not an organisation to help poor, building schools/hospitals and taking care of orphans.
These agencies do some specific tasks, some government assigned and some self assigned. The only difference is that some powerful countries utilising them for destabilising the governments all over the world and others use them on regional basis - you know it very well.

Sir here again you missed some crucial incidents of US history which are though not related to execution, imprisonment but to assassination, Abraham Lincoln, JFK & Martin Luther King - even JFK brother Robert Kennedy who was presidential candidate. Apart from Abraham Lincoln - in other all assassination - CIA was a major suspect.
