Ash i seriously dont see it as an achievement, its never the number of posts that matter but the quality.And I dont think i contribute much.
But I must say joining pdf has definitely improved my GK and helped me add a lot of blessed words to my dictionary. Lolzz

On the Yoga day I would like to share the pics of my town....
Yoga is a science, and not a vague dreamy drifting or imagining. It is an applied science, a systematized collection of laws applied to bring about a definite end. It takes up the laws of psychology, applicable to the unfolding of the whole consciousness of man on every plane, in every world, and applies those rationally in a particular case. This rational application of the laws of unfolding consciousness acts exactly on the same principles that you see applied around you every day in other departments of science.

Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a very ancient technique of paying respect or expressing gratitude to the Sun that is the source of all forms of life on the planet.
All our emotions get stored in the solar plexus, and it is also the point from where one's gut feelings arise. The size of the solar plexus is said to like the size of a small gooseberry. However, for those who do yoga and meditation, it becomes much bigger - almost three to four times bigger than the normal size. Simple breathing exercises are great for stress relieving. All those who have a desk job should surely learn 2 minute Yoga that one can do sitting in his cabin. i find them a good way of metal relaxation.
