The bonding of two souls by the intangible process known as 'marriage'.

It seems the USSR state once attempted to abolish the institution of marriage but did not carry out the abolition for reasons unknown to me.

I want act of having a child to be regulated by the government.

Can not a child be raised by the system, like in a hostel, until the age of say 14 when the person will be alloted his or her own independent house and be expected to begin contributing to society ?

I think having parents is crucial for the child to develop into a conscientious being.

Going to India/Kolkata to purchase bridal things is another story where only very rich go. We are talking here about our own bridal industry. Can the govt stop the purchases? If not, why to complain against it where thousands and thousands of craftsmen and workers put labor and get their wages?

Now, many purchases have stopped due to the effects of Coronavirus.
