So true buddy! There's even a nexus for the Nagoya-Ningbo ; it's so common now for Japanese who work in China to just stay there Monday to Friday and fly home to Japan on weekends . It's like a person working in NYC on weedays and flying back to Chicago on weekends.
Distance is a thing of the past now that we have so many integrated airports.
Heck there's even a frequent flyer miles program with Vanilla Air for Tokyo to Taipei and last I remember they had a special for $50 one way!!! About 6000 yen. So cheap!!
The world is so integrated its ridiculous.
I remember I got the internet back in 1998 and cant imagine ever doing without it. Before getting the internet, we used to play Age of empires 2 multiplayer by dialing the second computers PHONE NUMBER through a 56k modem.
Cheap flights are actually quite common, if the airplane is going to take off, they might as well charge a small pittance to carry a few more passengers which will cost them nothing.
With the internet, we have the worlds knowledge in our fingertips. What do we do with it?
Watch cat videos, argue with foreign strangers and thrash noobs.
