The ANA is well funded by US taxpayers..... The only explanation for this is the kleptocrats in Kabul, or these guys ranking officer, or both, skimming off their lunch money.

They used to beg Pakistani soldiers at border posts for rations & medical evacuations.

The ANA and Kabul regime never had any true intention of defeating the Taliban. If they did, the Americans would not give them a blank check to skim off of. Pakistan defeated the TTP (ISIS-K) with little assistance from ANA or NATO. NDS, RAW and CIA were covertly assisting the TTP (ISIS-K) and provided them safe havens in eastern Afghanistan. Its all about intentions, PA and GOP wanted the TTP decimated, the ANA and Kabul regime never had that same intention with the Afghan Taliban....in my opinion.
