This strange scenario related to fiqh that's why i am interested in it. The father is very strict molvi type guy like the father we saw in movie Bol. Mother is very darpook/timid/stupid type woman who get sweat when husband shout at her. Father did not know that his elder daughter is not present at home and went to attend the music concert. This nikkah ceremony was held in urgent without any prior notice. Wife lied to husband and asked her lil daughter to sit in place of elder daughter to cover up the lies and embarrassment in front of guests. I am interested in nikkah part when movil called the name of elder daughter but consent was given by younger daughter. Tu nikkah kiss ka howa ? naam bari ka liya gaya..haan choti ne ki and the guy have intention to marry with elder girl ?
