Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez Wednesday accused the United States of causing the destruction in Haiti by testing a 'tectonic weapon' to induce the catastrophic earthquake that hit the country last week.

President Chavez said the US was "playing God" by testing devices capable of creating eco-type catastrophes, the Spanish newspaper ABC quoted him as saying.

A 7.0-magnitude quake rattled the desperately poor country on January 12, killing an estimated 100,000 to 200,000 people. As Haiti looks to the world for basic sustenance, the authorities say the biggest dangers facing survivors are untreated wounds and rising disease.

Following the quake, appeals for humanitarian aid were responded to globally. However, the nation is struggling with violence and looting as aid is still not enough for the tens of thousands left homeless and injured.

anything can be possible. With the current situation of Pakistan not letting any operations on its land it could be possible that America has used HAARP on a specific point in NW Pakistan. America did want to do some sort of operation there. Like I said anything is possible it could be natural or somthing like HAARP.

"MOSCOW, Mar 05, 2002 (Itar-Tass via COMTEX) -- The earthquake that shook Central and South Asia last Sunday might have been triggered by super-modern weapons intensively used by the US aviation in the seismically dangerous areas of Afghanistan, a source in a Moscow geophysical research center has told Itar-Tass on condition of anonymity. He said the supposition was confirmed by the unusually strong and lengthy tremors (up to one minute) that originated in the Hindu Kush Mountains and spread onto Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan and India. Even old residents of Kabul do not remember an earthquake similar to the Sunday tremor that exceeded 6 points on the Richter scale."

On Sunday, March 3, the area in which the US is fighting Afganistan Muslim Al-Aqeda forces was suddenly hit by an historically unusual 7.2 Richter Scale earthquake. Let us quickly examine this news report:

NEWS BRIEF: "Big 7.2 Quake Hits Afghanistan -- At Least Five Dead", by rense.com, 3-3-2.

"KABUL, Afghanistan (Reuters) - A powerful earthquake struck northern Afghanistan Sunday, killing at least five people and injuring 31 others in the capital Kabul and the eastern city of Jalalabad. The quake, which hit at 4:38 p.m., caused buildings to sway and people to flee into the streets as far apart as the Tajik capital of Dushanbe, the Pakistani capital Islamabad and the Indian capital New Delhi ... the quake measured 7.2 on the Richter scale and had a depth of 120 miles.

'With an earthquake of that depth, there is a great potential for landslides,'she said. With the quake rocking a vast swathe of land stretching from Central to South Asia, much of it rugged and remote mountains, the extent of damage and casualties was not immediately clear."

How can the Russians be claiming that this earthquake was caused by American "super-modern weapons"? Does America really possess the capability of causing earthquakes? Note that this quake had "unusually strong and lengthy tremors" that seem to characterize earthquakes caused by HAARP technology. But, we are getting ahead of ourselves here. Let us examine this technology.

As you read this technology, please be sure to read with an open mind, for this is a controversial subject. Please make sure you are not thinking along the old proverbial "flat-eath" lines; also do not allow yourself to fall into the trap of thinking that was expressed during the time that the Wright Brothers were experimenting with their heavier than air machines. Skeptics then were saying, "If God had wanted man to fly, he would have created us with wings".



HAARP can:

1. Create Earthquakes on demand wherever and whenever you wish on the earth. [Pages 18, 26 speak of using HAARP to create earthquake. However, our military discovered, by accident, how to create earthquakes using slightly different technology. Listen to the specific earthquake caused on page 47]. "The planetary-scale engineers tried to replace a ten by forty kilometer section of the ionosphere with a 'telecommunications shield' of 350,000 copper needles tossed into orbit ... when the military sent up a band of tiny copper wires into the ionosphere to orbit the planet so as to 'reflect radio waves and make reception clearer', we had the 8.5 Alaska earthquake and Chile lost a good deal of its coast. That band of copper wires interfered with the planetary magnetic field."

This might be the "great" sword being wielded by the forces of Antichrist in Revelation 6:4. With this weapon, you could attack targets with nuclear-sized explosions without having to deliver nuclear warheads on missiles, or on aircraft, or any carrier!! This development could render all military calculations about how to defend against an enemy's attack completely useless. Nuclear-sized attacks could be delivered at the speed of light to any place on earth.

Suddenly, my mind lights up like a lightbulb! Suddenly, I understand why the Russian and American negotiators were suddenly able to reach agreement on the destruction of so many warheads and missiles. Each side even allowed inspection teams to oversee the destruction of actual warheads and missiles. The world felt very much safer.

However, warheads carried on missiles were obsolete!! If both sides can create nuclear-sized explosions without radiation by HARRP-type radio transmitting towers, you would not need missiles to carry warheads. How can you defend against a nuclear-sized attack that is being initiated by silent, invisible ELF radio waves? How do you defend against a nuclear-sized attack when it is being initiated by ELF radio waves that are being generated on enemy territory, fly up to the ionosphere above his territory, and then bounce back down to your territory to create the explosion!

Clearly, the world has entered an entirely new world of warfare that no one has even conceived let alone thought through very well.

Furthermore, this subject brings us to the next capability of HAARP and like radio wave technology. These ELF radio transmitters can throw up an impenetrable shield against incoming missiles, aircraft, or anything trying to get through our airspace! Then, why are we attempting to perfect an anti-missile missile that can actually hit another missile in flight? Why is the American military moving rapidly in conjunction with the Israeli military to bring this more effective anti-missile missile to Israel so as to better protect against Syrian and Egyptian missiles? They probably don't want very many people knowing that we possess this type of effective missile shield over any battlefield, either strategic or tactical. When the Arabs engage the Israelis in this next war, they just might be shocked at the type of weapons that are annihilating them! The existence of this type of military capability is also the reason we are allowing the Arab governments to buy American weaponry to fight Israel in this next war. The Arabs don't understand that the Israeli military and we have taken a quantum leap forward in destructive, killing, and annihilating capability!

The Russian Navy reports that the U.S. created the earthquake in Haiti

The Northern Fleet has been monitoring the movements and activities of U.S. Marines in the Caribbean since 2008 when the Americans announced their intention to reestablish the Fourth Fleet, which was disbanded in 1950, and that Russia responded a year later, with the Fleet led by the nuclear-powered cruiser Peter the Great "by starting its first exercises in this region since the end of the Cold War.”

Since the end of the decade of the 70's in the last century, the U.S. "advanced a lot" in the state of its earthquake weapons and, according to these reports, they now use equipment with Pulse, Plasma and Tesla Electromagnetic and Sonic technology together with "shock wave bombs."

The report also compares the experiences of these two earthquake weapons of the U.S. Navy last week, when the test in the Pacific caused an earthquake of magnitude 6.5 to strike in the area around the town of Eureka, Calif., causing no casualties. But the test in the Caribbean caused the death of at least 140 thousand innocent people.

According to the report, it is "more than likely" that the U.S. Navy had "full knowledge" of the catastrophic damage that this test earthquake could potentially have on Haiti and had pre-positioned its Deputy Commander of the Southern Command, General PK Keen, on the island to oversee aid work if needed.

As regards the final result of the tests of these weapons, the report warns that there is a U.S. plan to destroy Iran through a series of earthquakes designed to overthrow its current Islamic regime. Additionally, according to the report, the system being tested by the USA (HAARP Project) would also create anomalies in the climate causing floods, droughts and hurricanes.

According to another report, coincidentally, facts exist establishing that the earthquake in Sichuan, China on 12 May 2008, a magnitude 7.8 on the Richter scale, was also caused by HAARP radio frequencies. It can be observed that there is a correlation between seismic activity and the ionosphere, through the control of Radio Frequencies Induced by force fields, which is a HAARP feature, and it can be concluded that:

1 .- Earthquakes identical in depth and linearly on the same fault are caused by induced frequency linear projection.

2 .- A coordinated satellite configuration can generate concentrated frequency projections targeting specific points (force fields).

3. A diagram shows that earthquakes considered to be artificial propagate linearly at the same depth.

- Honduras, on 11 January 2010. Depth: 10 km.

- Haiti, on 12 January 2010. Depth: 10 km.

The rest of the aftershocks occurred at depths close to 10 km.

Soon after the earthquake, the Pentagon said the hospital ship USS Comfort, which was docked in Baltimore, summoned its crew and sailed to Haiti, despite the fact that several days would elapse before arrival in Haiti. Nevertheless, Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said the U.S. armed forces were preparing an emergency response to the disaster.

General Douglas Fraser, Commander-in-Chief of USSSOUTHCOM, said that Coast Guard and U.S. Navy vessels in the region were sent to offer help even if they had limited resources and helicopters.

The aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson was sent from the naval base at Norfolk, Virginia, with a complete consignment of aircraft and helicopters. It arrived in Haiti early on the afternoon of January 14. Other additional groups of helicopters will attach with the Carl Vinson, said Fraser.

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), operated in Haiti before the earthquake. President Obama was informed of the earthquake at 17.52 on January 12 and asked his staff to ensure that embassy officials were safe and began preparations to provide needed humanitarian assistance.

According to the Russian report, the State Department, USAID and the U.S. Southern Command began its work of "humanitarian invasion" by sending at least 10,000 soldiers and contractors, to control Haitian territory, rather than the UN, after the devastating "experimental earthquake."

I personally am ready to expect and accept anything, but here evidence is weak. Right now I just see an ill-equipped state that is continuously overwhelmed with natural disasters. Did America cause every flood and earthquake in our history? Let's just accept that it happened for now and do our best to end the misery. so in theory ( and some of it has been proven in practice ) it is possiable to change weather pattenrs by maniplulating the ionosphere.

Now whether this flooding was caused by this manipluation or not , its hard to say but it cannot be compeltely discredited also.
