First of all there are more muslims in Pakistan then there ever will be in India. Secondly, it was the muslims that came from the regions like afganistan or kpk that ruled over you, thus making them pakistani. The muslims that you are referring to as Indian, are the native converts, that converted after modern India was conquered.

Yes Pakistani did, the borders weren't what they are right now a century ago. There were always muslims that were in current day pakistan and they made the majority of the army and generals.
