Visa rules for Indians to Turkey

Bad example.
Since English tends to be the second language for almost everyone here.

Gulf workers tend to return when their contracts are up.

If that was the case then they would have banned Pakistani Passport...especially after grooming gang scandal...

For comparison turkey gives evisa facility to Pakistanis.

What is the reason for this anamoly between India and Turkey.?

Turkey has the same Visa policy for Pakistanis and Indian tourists. Both nationalities are eligible for the Visa only if they hold a valid Schengen or USA or Canada Visa, else they need a sticker visa.
