Virgin Australia eyed by three Chinese airlines for rescue deal
Saturday, 18 April 2020 10:28 am

Three Chinese airlines are reportedly in talks to buy out Virgin Australia.

The carriers could be looking to scoop up the cash-strapped Australian company according to a Courier-Mail report.

It’s understood China Southern Airlines, East Airlines and Air China are all considering buying Virgin Australia Group, but no formal offer has been lodged.

The reports come as the Queensland Government moves to partially fund a potential bailout, offering $200 million to back the airline, providing the headquarters remain in the state.

The federal government has already injected $165 million into Virgin and Qantas to keep key domestic routes running during the pandemic.

And cruise industries must be bottom low now, China should consider buying some world biggest cruiseliners.

The Chinese could always use Hamartia Antidote as the namesake suggest it is an antidote. Allow the Chinese to chop him into tiny bits of pieces and mix it with traditional herbs and distribute it to the Americans as guinea pigs. US has over 700.000 infected cases it would be the perfect test subject.

Everything will recover, this Covid-19 can't stay forever, at least vaccines can be available in a year's time.

Not everything, cruise companies will definitely not recover to pre-Covid levels.
