we did not have HSR

we did not have spaceship

we did not have J10/J20/JH-7

we did not have cruise missile

we did not have semiconductor industry

and i never heard about The China Threaten Theory in 1990s

The only objection Japan had , which prompted government officials to temporarily suspend ODA to Vietnam, was the issue of possible corruption. The Foreign Ministry is in direct communication with Vietnamese counterpart to solve this issue; once it is cleared, then the temporary suspension will be lifted. The Abe Administration is very stern in regards to transparency , and anti-corruption policy.
