Yeah, that is a good step but it is much cheaper to buy gas from UAE/KSA then use electric.

We had a thread opened up @The SC & myself and a couple other fellas that we were updating almost daily with all sorts of local production items in Egypt as well as updating economy figures and the Suez Canal income and things of that sort. It was going strong for about a year and a half and then I think we got a bit distracted with other things. This would've surely made it.

Nasr Automotive Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chinese leader in the automotive industry "Dongfeng", to produce about 25,000 electric cars annually from the E 70 model.
