I can not see why such reaction is being shown to a sensible article. Mark Tully is telling the truth as he sees it. Why bring in his supposed 'bias'? It serves no purpose. Better discuss his views, not his background.

We have similar problems in Pakistan. I especially endorse his views about red tape, glacial judicial process, and of course, also corruption.
