Nothing to be sad bro... the thing is that In Pakistan and some Parts of India too.. Urdu is spoken.. Urdu has been developed as a language in those years collecting words from many nearby languages existing in the region... that's why we have many Persians,Arabic words as part of our language, Also Urdu means lashkar which mean (Army or Troop) so there are words whose meaning we already know... so when we read Uyghur names.. it's high possibility that we can understand its words and meaning...
