Uttarakhand disaster: Even relief has signs of Sonia, Rahul

DEHRADUN: Some Uttarakhand Congressmen are using relief supplies sent by Sonia and Rahul Gandhi to launch a Congress publicity campaign.

Hundreds of food packets and relief supplies have Congress posters stuck on them. They bear photos of the two party leaders and a message that these have been sent by them.

A senior state Congress leader said the Congress president had sent about 110 truckloads of relief supplies. There were no instructions to use the sad occasion to for publicity. "I'm deeply shocked to see food packets and relief supplies carrying Congress posters and banners," an Uttarakhand Congress Committee member said.

Congress state leader Yashpal Aryra said he wasn't aware of these posters. "If it's being done, it's shameful. This isn't time to play politics but to help survivors."

publicity like this thus shows the relief work done by them wasnt about people stranded it was abut 2014 election...if the election were in 2017 they wouldn't evn care to send 1 truck!!.....no politics reqd here

So whatever happened to these 150 trucks carrying Congress 'relief material'? Stranded on the roads in Uttrakhand with zero distribution system in place! No one there even knew what the hell is to be done and how and who to distribute the stuff. The truck drivers eventually unloaded the trucks, dumped the stuff on the roadsides and whetever place they could get and went back disgusted!!

So much for this great Congress disaster management, which needless to say, was a complete disaster! But ask loudmouths and sycophants like Manish Tiwari and he'll say that Uttarkhand would have been wiped out completely had it not been for the Gandhi first family!!! The saviors of mankind! Jeeeez!

Let’s sample the Congress-owned NDTV's report. According to them, Narendra Modi “swooshed” into Uttarakhand, but the noble soul that is Rahul Gandhi merely arrived to “take stock of rescue efforts.” Aww.... NDTV after all. The Congress mouthpiece.

Looking at the pic of mother hen Sonia flagging off the trucks with her little chick at her side, they look real happy as if they are flagging off an Olympic run or a motorcycle rally! After days of being absent from the country, presumably for his birthday celebrations, Rahul Baba finally made an appearance and NDTV starts the celebrations! In any other country, the ruling party would have been hounded by the media to know the whereabouts of their vice president but not here.

I wonder how many crores Sonia and her Congress party is dishing out to the media? After all, its the money that makes the mare go! And they've got tons of the stuff hidden in shady banks all over the world.
