US Withdrawal from Afghanistan not to be Peaceful

Afghan army won't last 10 minutes after Nato withdrawal. Iraq episode is a tragic reminder not everyone can make it as a nation state. Under occupation Afghan state institutions are being supported, once the support goes they will crumble because there is no real foundation for a sustainable nation state.

Afghanistan will descend into an ethnic/political conflict. Unless they discover enlightenment and a complete rejection of their archaic constructs of how the world and their country is interpreted as then this is inevitable.

Right now all I care about is the blow back Pak has to put up with. I have already suggested moving heavy artillery and missiles from eastern border to the western border. We may face a situation where we would have to do some heavy shelling on Afghanistan to keep their militants from crossing over.

Well then they picked the wrong line of work.

You're talking out your @ss.:usflag:

Don't mind some paksitanis are always coming up with crazy statement regarding afghanistan, I don't know why some of them have very romantic idea of "undefeated afghanistan" when that country was sent into stone age first by Soviets and now this latest US led NATO invasion. This is an issue of ego for many .

Something 'crazy' like fighting for their country. They're an army. Act like one, maybe ?
This is bound to happen when you recruit the minority to rule the majority. Pashtuns are the majority and mostly talibans are Pashtun. Technically its their country and they are fighting like crazies for it. :enjoy:

Army, yes.... but their training and professionalism is way too low to match an enemy like battle hardened Taliban... but anyway, lets wait and see wat happens after NATO withdrawal... lets hope they r up to this gigantic task
