Thats Pot calling the kettle black because gunmen can roam just as much freely anywhere in the US considering you guys have no Gun control, infact second amendment to the US constitution protects the right of every american to carry a weapon. Nuclear weapons are a 'necessary evil' for Pakistan due to its geopolitical situation and history. This being said, Pakistan should not enlarge its nuclear stockpile beyond a reasonable level. A cap should be defined to silence the critics.

Point is that a nuclear war is not winnable; Pakistan doesn't have the resources to undermine Indian nuclear threat, not possible anytime soon.

Pakistan should (not) develop a large number of so-called tactical nukes. They are not practical for even a limited-scale conflict, invite unwanted attention and will also make it difficult for Pakistan to create room for development of relatively more powerful atomic bombs in the near future (if they are on the cards). Pakistan should leave some room for development of more powerful atomic bombs and/or experiments without facing any repercussions in the near future.

Pakistani security leaders should think ahead of their current stance.

2. Conflict with India (another nuclear power)
3. Undefined nuclear policy
4. Increase in the number of nukes with passage of time

Nuclear weapons attract attention irrespective of who possesses them. There is a global initiative against the spread of nuclear weapons.
