US interested in dragging China into India-Pakistan row – scholar to RT

We only have a single enemy. Every other apparent enemy, we will negotiate with and eventually resolve any disputes. But there remains one single enemy with whom we cannot be reconciled. We cannot have peaceful co-existence with them, so once our economy is massive enough and our society is purified and disciplined enough and once our air force and navy are upgraded enough, we shall exterminate them.

Definitely.

China has its eyes on the highest prize. The rest is just detail that is managed through daily briefings and small geopolitical games.

The underlying, bigger competition is what really matters for China at this point.

It is unwise to say it loudly, but, I guess, capable people on both sides are very aware of it.

China supports peace between two countries in the brick of war.

Should china deserve noble peace prize along with all countries who support for peaceful solution?

Or Noble Peace Prize should be granted for Pakistan and India who created the war, but later choose for peace?

Lol

To defeat that "one enemy" we will need a lot more than what we have currently. The gold and riches of India will help us toward that goal if we properly smash New Delhi, occupy it, take the gold and silver and exploit their people as ultra cheap labor.

India is one of the chips in China's arsenal, as I see it.

You do not want to use it. You do not want to lose it, either.

India? Pls explain, Da Ke.

It may be a bit sensitive to articulate here. But, you know, when you hold a card (an actor, let's say, an ally) to balance another actor, this inadvertently means what is being balanced is in turn being used to balance what is balancing.

If nothing else, I feel indebted to India (or Nepal, or whatever) for Buddhism and its Sinicized derivatives such as Dao, to which I have a deep affection. That has enabled certain buffer against least desirable far-away foreign spiritual ideologies.

I think I get what you're talking about and who we want to balance it with. :enjoy:

That's not how your government thinks. India is not used to balance Pakistan.

It would be better for you if India didn't exist.

If you needed to balance Pakistan, you could arm a much smaller hostile state (existing or made from India) bordering Pakistan with WMD; one that is not large enough to pose any threat to China.

Not going to work. If China were inclined to take the bait and get embroiled in a Pak-India tussle, then it would continue to focus on the army. But in reality, we are halving the size of our army and completely redirecting our focus on the navy and air force:

We don't need to use the army when it comes to helping Pakistan. Even airstrike on targets should give them enough advantage.

Buddhism is from Nepal not India. Hinduism is all about the caste system and Buddha rebelled against that. India used to have Buddhists but they massacred them. India covets Tibet and -- heaven forbid -- they should ever gain a slight advantage over Pakistan then they will go on a full court press into Tibet.

China has nothing to worry about when it comes to religion. People simply need to recover the spirituality that was lost in the modern era by reference to Buddhism (I think you meant "Zen Buddhism" not "Dao"), Taoism and Confucianism. Abrahamic religions should not be excluded either. Beijing is reapproaching with the Vatican. Latin American leftists balance socialism with Catholicism quite well. Che Guevarra's death is frequently compared by Latin Americans to Jesus's death and resurrection.

Open support would be unwise but access to higher tier weapons with low or no interest loans would be a win win for both sides. This recent battle is not with China's latest aircraft, missiles, or radar. We should definitely see what Pakistan can do with more advanced gear aka J 10C with pl 10s and pl 15s. Not the absolute top of China's inventory but should be more than enough considering results with less advanced gear.

Its going to be hard for China to openly support war for Pakistan vs India at this point. Free or cheap weapons delivered asap are both countries best option. Words won't help anyways.

In this case, I don't think a full scale war is a good option for both parties. China should fully support Pakistan's economic growth, support a war is not a wise decision.

Russian propaganda in the works - what is new?

India is a huge market for Russian arms, and Russians are worried.
