Distracting article. everyone knows it was a fake pretext.

USA decided to attack IRAQ for Fear Revolt against Saddam who survived several coups and attacks on his life.

The worst failed coup was from his son-in-laws and some even fled the country. They Sunni tribes started contact IRAN and it was sure that saddam will be gone in coming years. So they destroyed infrastructure of Iraq before shias takeover. just like they destroyed Iran after the revolution and are today destroying Yemen.
