The standard operating procedure is to fly in people from the jet's country of origin on a third party plane, have them disassemble it, put it in a third party cargo plane and fly off with it.

That's why the P3 Orion from the Hainan Island incident was put back in service. It was just disassembled and reassembled by Lockheed.

The reason your planes could take off because the useless Taiwan Airforce couldn't reinforced international "standard operation procedure" which to dismentle the 2 F-18s and ship back to US as scrap metal. That's fine...but it is rather laughable that some parts of your sovereign nation are providing us a mountain to spy on you! Meanwhile if your planes stray near them they might get shot down...while ours cruise to a soft landing...and get some nice handshakes.
