US Exposes 20X Exaggeration in India's IT Exports

. .
The report is from 2006. But the issue is not what year the data is from or when the GAO study was done. The issue here is the methodology used by India which counts H1-B wages earned by India workers in the US as exports. That methodology wildly overstates India's BPT exports and remain in force today.
H1B worked sent from Indian firm to US, US firm pays hourly rates to Indian firm. Is this money not coming to India?

.
So India's BPT export to the US is tiny measured by international standard。
No there is no such thing such as Indian IT Exports
This is all state Propaganda to comfort poor Low IQ Indians

.
Bragging bragging and bragging ,this is what our Eastern neighbors are known for...

I find this unfortunate that writers remain ignorant about India's manufacturing base -

India ranked 9th among top 10 manufacturers

India ranked 9th among top 10 manufacturers - Economic Times

13% of India's GDP and 14% of Pakistan's GDP comes from manufacturing. Meanwhile, India's manufacturing is declining as percentage of GDP which has a major effect on employment.

Haq's Musings: India-Pakistan Economic Comparison 2014

.
Here's how Indian journalist Pankaj Mishra described the reasons for western hype of India and things Indian since the end of cold war:

"Born of certain geopolitical needs and exigencies, this vision was always most useful to those who have built up India as an investment destination and a strategic counterweight to China, and who have sought to bribe and cajole Pakistan’s military-intelligence establishment into the war on terrorism.

Seen through the narrow lens of the West’s security and economic interests, the great internal contradictions and tumult within these two large nation-states disappear. In the Western view, the credit-fueled consumerism among the Indian middle class appears a much bigger phenomenon than the extraordinary Maoist uprising in Central India."

Qouting Pankaj Mishra? Hahahahha LOL hahahahahah :p: :p: :-) :-) LOL i thought you were expert economist wth LOL.

@RiazHaq

Manufacturing accounts for 16 percent of our GDP

And secondly and most importantly ; since you are bent upon comparing India
and Pakistan let me state that

Neither in manufacturing nor in services Pakistan is of any match to India

Only your textile industry is of some comparision to India

And just look at the size and composition of your exports

So please stop these India Pak economic ; manufacturing or industrial
or IT sector comparisions

Pakistan economy is far smaller and far weaker than India

India's manufacturing is 13% of GDP and declining, according to World Bank.

The intellectual retardation continues

So the India's exports to China represent India's manufacturing exports?

Its only a retard who would equate those exports to Indian manufactured goods exports-

Dont think its a problm lol. Once India starts manufacturing China's big share of export will go down hence slowing growth. Have you ever though why US manufactures its stuff via China while they can at home? Or why they are in huge debt while they control the world economy? :p: :-) Maybe they lack economists like you who gathers data from various websites LOL hahahaha :p: :-)
