What right does the US have to tell other countries to put sanctions on Iran or other countries that the US doesn't like? South Korea, Japan and Western EU countries simply are dogs afraid of financial sanctions from the US. But why should these pets have to fear US? It's not like the US controls the whole financial market on this planet?...

Currently the US market is the largest. Getting shutout from it will affect the bottom line.

That's because they can't sanction us. America is the one with the $15 trillion debt, and the biggest trade deficit in the world. And their currency reserves are only barely enough to cover the monthly interest payment on their debt.

They can't sanction us without hurting themselves more, same with the currency manipulation situation, so they gave us a waiver in order to save face.

The result is that the sanctions are now a complete failure, since ALL of Iran's major oil customers are now exempt from the sanctions.

Look at these useless Indians coming to the defense of their white masters.

The US is in absolutely no position to sanction china.
Anyone that understands basic economics knows this.

We finance the US annual budget deficit, we absorb their printed dollars so they can have low inflation and low interest rates, Chinese consumer market is the top 2 largest market for many American companies and we are also the fastest growing market.
Their main revenues comes from our consumer market.

Less than 20% of our exports go to the US, a very small proportion. Total exports make about 25% of our GDP and its decreasing every year.

We hold the US by the balls and you bet your a$$ the Americans know this too.

Would be an embarrassing political defeat for the U.S. if they admit the worlds biggest economy continues to buy Iranian Oil at will unimpressed by the their ramblings. The whole "united world against Iran"would reveal just as some big joke and the whole drama about "sanctions" effectively a worthless failure. Even their current tame lapdog and puppet regimes might think over and start increasing imports again or atleast stop supporting it. So better give China a free pass, to save the U.S. face.

China isn't going to be rushing out and buying more Iranian oil anytime soon. The entire world is awash in oil, the oil market is glutted. and the economies of many countries are in a down turn which will decrerase oil use even more.
